We improved Dense Industrial 65 Southern Yellow Pine with our patented manufacturing process of pinning and sealing. We start with the highest-quality planking lumber, precision end trims, and corner clipping. Then, we apply an end sealant to delay weather damage. The ends of our planks are pin locked with our patented process to retard the ends from cracking and cupping. After testing, planks receive a third-party stamp signifying the qualification to be OSHA-compliant scaffold planks or OSHA stamped boards.

Essentially, Indian Mill Plank not only visually grades but also mechanically proof tests to meet and exceed OSHA/ANSI standards and create compliant OSHA planks.
