Timber Products Inspection
Bureau is the largest independent wood
products quality auditing and testing agency in
the United States. While some agencies are
specific to a region (Western Wood) or to a
species of tree (SPIB), Timber
Products encompasses all lumber and
all regions throughout the entire country.
Timber Products Inspection is
the only approved grading agency that has
representation in all regions of the United
States. Under TPI authority,
Indian Mill performs lumber inspections, grade
stamping and heat treating as mill TP#650 for
DI-65 planks and Select
Structural Scaffold
Plank.
